VANCOUVER- The Vancouver Whitecaps will host Toronto FC tomorrow at BC Place for the third league game of the MLS season.

Toronto come into the game with two ties from their first two fixtures against Real Salt Lake and Philadelphia Union.

Vancouver are coming into the game with a tie against Philadelphia and a loss in San Jose. The Whitecaps also had a mid-week game in Mexico against Tigres in the Concacaf Champions League where they lost 2-0.

Last season the two sides met once when Vancouver won in Toronto in a very entertaining game which finished 4-3.

Toronto’s last visit to BC Place was the season opener two years ago and the Reds won 3-1 thanks to goals from Altidore and Giovinco. That win is Toronto’s only win at BC Place in MLS play, but TFC did win the Canadian Championship in Vancouver last season.

Notable absentees from tomorrow’s game are David Ousted after his red card last weekend in San Jose, and Sebastian Giovinco who picked up an injury in Philadelphia last weekend. Steven Beitashour remains questionable after concussion symptoms he got two weeks ago against RSL.

You can catch the game on TSN 1 or CTV, who will be showing an MLS game for the first time ever. The game will kick-off at 4:00pm EST.
