TORONTO, ON- Toronto FC host the New York Red Bulls on Sunday afternoon in the second leg of the Eastern Conference Semi Final as the Supporters Shield champions are looking to book their spot in the Conference Final once again.

TFC hold a 2-1 lead in the tie after winning in New Jersey last Monday, meaning that the Red Bulls will need to win by at least two goals at BMO Field to progress.

The two sides met at BMO Field just over a month ago in league play and TFC came out on top with a 4-2 win.

Victor Vazquez and Drew Moor remain questionable after coming off with injuries in the first leg, but the duo returned to training yesterday. It is unsure if they will return to the lineup or start on the bench.

New York have no new injuries, but Veron and Perrinelle are one yellow card away from suspension.

Speaking of suspensions, Sebastian Giovinco was booked in the first leg, meaning if he picks up a yellow card in the second leg and TFC advance, he will miss the first leg of the Conference Final.

Kick off will be at 3:00pm EST and the game will be televised on TSN 1 & 4.

Projected lineups:

Toronto FC: Bono; Hagglund, Zavaleta, Mavinga; Beitashour, Bradley, Osorio, Delgado, Morrow; Giovinco, Altidore.

New York Red Bulls: Robles; Perrinelle, Long, Murillo; Adams, Royer, Felipe, Davis, Lawrence; Kljestan; Wright-Phillips.
